Job Description
- Plan, build, modify, and repair a wide range of tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to extremely tight aerospace tolerances.
- Performs first-time set-ups to confirm that tooling and programme design fulfil job criteria.
- Collaborate with tooling designers to develop workholdings and fixtures that can cut cycle times while also improving part quality and finish.
- Perform challenging tool room operations and development tasks.
- The ability to interpret blueprints and manufacture from them.
- Plan building procedures and methods, as well as tooling materials.
- Diagnose and solve issues with tools, fixtures, and dies.
- CNC milling experience is required.
- Mazak Conversational Mill is an added bonus.

Job Description
- Inspect aircraft for component flaws, break-outs, and fluid leaks, among other things.
